Black Mountain 4WD TOUR

Traverse the beautiful scenery of Far North Queensland in a 4WD and experience a pristine rainforest, beautiful waterfalls and astounding landmarks all in one day.

Julatten, Old Black Mountain Road, Bump Track, Barron River Falls, Clohesy River Fig, Golden Drop Winery, return via Savannah Way.

We'll start our journey in Port Douglas and head north to reach Julatten, a small town and hidden gem in the heart of North Queensland. 

After a quick stopover, we'll continue our journey through the Old Black Mountain Road and Bump Track to finally reach the stunning Barron River Falls.

As we continue our trip through the rainforest we'll head down to the Clohesy River Figs, a short 300 metre boardwalk through a small and picturesque patch of rainforest.

We'll say goodbye, temporarily, to the rainforest and continue our way to stop at the Golden Drop Winery, a family-owned and operated boutique winery where you will able to test the unique and extensive variety of wines including their exclusive Mango Wine range.  

We will complete the loop by heading back to Port Douglas inland via Savannah Way.
